Directions
The easiest way to find our base is by simply typing Cornish Coasteering into google maps.
We are conveniently located on Dinham Farm campsite just a short drive from our Cornish Coasteering venues. We are easily reached from Wadebridge, Polzeath, Rock, Padstow, Port Isaac, Bude, Newquay and beyond! Directions given below.
Dinham Farm,
St Minver,
Wadebridge,

We are just off the main road from Wadebridge to Polzeath (the B3314). Turn off when you see signs for Dinham Farm which is well signposted. You will see signs directing you into our car park. From there it is a short walk to our base.
Participation
Coasteering is a great activity for everyone as it is open to all abilities with no previous experience required. If you can swim 50m in a swimming pool (2 lengths) and have a basic level of fitness this helps. Our kit is however very buoyant and we set the pace according to group ability.
We will try to get an idea of group abilities when booking so we can tailor your session accordingly. If it’s your first time coasteering and you don’t get in the water much, let us know and we will take it easy! If you have been coasteering before and are confident in the water we can turn things up a notch for you! As much as is possible we will try and match similar ability groups so things flow smoothly and everyone gets the most out of their session.
Session Logistics
Time and tide waits for no-one! We therefore arrange session timing around tides and weather conditions as follows:
For advanced bookings we usually plan Cornish Coasteering sessions to coincide with the high tide. This gives the best chance of being able to run in all but the roughest of seas due to sheltered inlets that we use. This means session times change daily depending on the tides.
If you are calling to book at short notice (within the week) the forecast for the following week's sea conditions may allow us to operate on lower tides at more exposed locations if it is looking reasonable. A moderate swell makes for good fun!
Session Length
Please allow around 3½ hours from arriving at our headquarters to departing. This allows ample time to get kitted up at base and make the short journey to the Coasteer location by road. We usually spend 1½ – 2 hours in the water having an amazing Coasteering adventure.
